An acronym for Retail Analysis Indexing System and Evaluation, our experience placing media for restaurants and retail chains impressed upon us the same questions at every client meeting. As we listened to our clients strategize about operations we heard questions like:

Many times when working with large national chains, we receive marketing directives with overall consistent media goals and budget requirements in every market and do not get many opportunities to plan. In trying to find ways to answer these questions, we asked for some information from our clients and decided to take an in-depth look at individual stores and market conditions to show to our clients so they could see what we already knew. Create indexing system to rank your stores against one another and rank your markets against one another. We use a proprietary method developed through working many years with Avado Brands.

Evaluation
Evaluate all your markets to determine best media mix strategy and cost analysis.


Tracking Model
Make individual market recommendations to you. Once the plans are approved, we implement them through negotiation and placement. We maintain and audit all your schedules.

We also create a store by store tracking model within each market. This will show each store’s progress against the media and can allow for quick decisions to be made about underperforming stores and markets.
